This is the Eye Basic in Tawny, which is a primer for the eye shadow, they come in a variety of colours but this one gives that great slightly sepia feel, it's quite similar to MAC Groundwork Paint Pot. It's just perfect for these types of looks.

The Sheer Lip Colour in Kissed Lips, is the perfect warm pink colour, it's sheerness is great for that pop of colour without feeling made up, without having to worry about your lipstick all day - £17.00

The two glass pots are Lip Shines - Naked Apricot is the sheerest peachy nude tone and the other is Tempting Coral. Temping Coral isnt quite as strong as it looks in the pictures, but definilty has more depth than Naked Apricot. They both have a tiny amount of glitter running through them, super soft and super easy to waer. Both £18.50 each

Creme Cheek Colour in Innocent Peach, I have about 5 similar so I left this one in the shop. They are all gorgeous though and are also £18.50 each.

My wonderful Mama gifted me these great Bakelite egg cups and this super cute 1 cup cafetiere. These are now breakfast staples!

My mugs are from Muji, set of two £10 (I think), little juice glasses from Ikea and this new favourite of mine, North Coast Roast by Hands on Coffee, which is freshly micro-roasted in Wadebridge, Cornwall.

First wall up!

My beautiful sink, hot waters plumbed in....just need a tap.

We painted the windowsill black gloss, cleaned up all that gorgeous copper pipe, covered the horrid wall with OSB board and stripped the wall back to red brick - (I'm still doing the wall, it's been very hard work) Started on the concrete pillar with fabulous old fire alarm!

Current Favourite Foundation Brush

I'm always searching for great brushes, especially ones than can cut my time in half. Personally I don't spend much time on my own make up on a day-to-day basis. I wear a little every day, giving myself 15mins for application in the morning.

Having a wide foundation brush, gets the job done quicker.

Now, I have quite a big face with large features, so a wide brush works great for me, you might find that its too big for the job and prefer something a little small - it's personal preference.

I have a lot of different types and sizes in my actual make up kit but for personal use I've been using the Ruby and Millie Face Brush for years, it's a great brush at a very good price and you can easily pick one up in Boots without even thinking about it.

Suddenly, I came across this foundation brush by Cosmetics a la carte. It's a great short handled brush at nearly 6 inches in length, fits in your make up bag easier than long handled ones and costs £30!

But, the best bit is - it's just over an inch wide

(The Ruby and Millie brush is under 2cm wide)

I'm very pleased!

Columbia Road Christmas.....

For the four Wednesdays before Christmas, all the lovely shops on Columbia Road are open for a few hours in the evening, there's mulled wine, mice pies, Christmas trees, music, dancing, and a wonderful, warm Christmasy atmosphere!

5pm - 9pm

I went along last night, I live so close I'll probably go every Wednesday, but last night I picked up a few bits between drinking warm cider with dark rum and watching a fire breather casually wonder down the street.

The lantern is actually from my mama, I don't know where that ones from, sorry x

Christmas Smokey Eyes....

Some of my favourite pencils are Laura Mercier, they are kit staples and I've been using them for years!

I think they are especially great at Christmas time as these two have a little sparkle.

Black Gold and Brown Copper.......

All the pencils are really creamy and soft, smudgable yet long lasting.
I like to use them as a base over the whole eye lid then add some shadows to create a smokey eye, they work just as nicely inside the eye, on the water line or along the lash line.

They make it so easy to create a smokey eye!

A Little Extra...

During winter my skin gets dry, my nails get brittle, I eat too much, I do less exercise and generally feel a little rubbish, I know this is the same for many people but I thought this year I would try to keep spirits high, and take a daily multivitamin.

Bobbi Brown Party Collection.....

I wanted to post these, as I've just seen them on the Bobbi Brown website hence the screen grabs, and thought they were great for the Christmas season.

You may already have these colours in other palettes or as singles so check before you go and spend £36 but the I thought the colour combinations were really nice.

My personal colour combo for Christmas is going to be navy and gold, I'm going to wear a navy smokey eye, no light blue, no silver blue - A navy and black smokey eye, with a little gold glitter or a thin gold wing.

Current Favourite Lipstick.....

This is founder and creative director of Lime Crime, Doe Deere. Los Angeles-based makeup artist & blogger she teamed up with a group of chemists to create the kind of makeup she's always dreamed of -- bold, magical, alive! and no doubt you have seen these visuals flying around.

The wonderfully colourful range currently consists of Lipsticks, Eye Shadow Pigments, a great Primer (reviewed here) and the very recent addition of Lip Glosses.

I picked up a Lime Crime lipstick in Space NK months ago, I went for 'Airborne Unicorn' which is described online as being a - Medium violet-purple lipstick with a neon note. Hue as mysterious as the animal itself. Full coverage on all complexions, from super-pale to extra-dark. This color combines lipstick and lip stain for prolonged wear.

As you can see the packaging is super cute.....yes that is a holographic unicorn you can see, amazing!
It's really nice actually, to have a fun lipstick case to pull out of your bag.
Unfortunately the bottom half of my unicorn has now completely disappeared from me using it everyday, for months.

It's actually a tad more lilac than the above picture is showing so I've added this snap also - it's the darker one out of the two. And just for a comparison the lighter milkier shade is Barry M Palest Lavender - which is just too pale on my lips.

The lipstick itself is very creamy and soft, it's a solid opaque colour, which great colour pay off. As it wears off it does change colour slightly, to a more pinkie violet, this is fine for me, I just reapply after eating.

You might be able to tell in the last picture here -

The bullet is a little soft so go gentle when applying, only ever turn the lipstick up just enough to use and you can always pop it in the fridge over night if you need to.

I literally love it and have had it on pretty much every day, sometimes I wear a liner with it just to sharpen the edges, I have an eyeliner which is a perfect colour match.

I have one in my kit, which I have used on a whole host of skin tones, any complexion could wear this, it has just the right amount of punch!

I feel like it's my 'all time' favourite ever..........I can't think about wearing anything else haha

AVON Calling...

You may have noticed that AVON seem to be popping up every where at the moment, and launching some great new products, does this mean AVON is back?

I know they recently added Sam and Nicola Chapman (Pixiwoo) to their 'Professional Make up Artist Team' which also includes Jackie Tyson and Liz Pugh.

And I know that they have some lovely products, which I do have in my kit. So wishing all the best to AVON and the team, keep it coming!

Also, Alesha Dixon has just been named the 'Beauty and Empowerment Ambassador for 2012', so will be appearing in the catalogue and launching a new range of make up. Alesha will act as spokeswoman for Avon’s make-up category and it's domestic violence cause.

Konjac Sponges....

Here comes another goody to add to your skincare routine.

The Konjac Sponge

These sponges are totally earth friendly vegetable fibre and will cleanse your skin while gently balancing it's natural pH levels.

You can just use your normal cleanser on the 'Pure' Konjac sponge or go for a Konjac sponge with 'Added French Clay' (actually, you can add cleanser to these too but they are great an their own)

This particular one is designed for babies, but they all come in these little moisture packets. It feels really bouncy!

So all the sponges are -

They are pH Balanced, naturally deep cleansing, environmentally safe, and perfect for hypersensitive skin and skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis

I hear you- 'what's a Konjac?' - well it's a potato, native to Asia!

Konjac potatoes are cultivated for food in Japan and Korea, but wild forms grow naturally in many parts of China, Korea and Japan. Frequently growing wild at very high altitude, thus being very pure and pollutant free.

The Japanese have been eating Konjac for over 1500 years and it was originally introduced to Japan as a medicine in the sixth century as it was recognised for it's health giving properties. So today we are using Konjac to also cleanse and gently exfoliate our skin.

The Konjac Sponge Company do a sponge with 'Added French Green Clay' For Normal to Oily Skin and an 'Added French Red Clay' For Dry and Sensitive Skin.

I went for the one with 'Added French Pink Clay' - For Tired and Devitalized Skin.

Perfect for sensitive easily irritated hypersensitive skin. It helps to turn rough and hardened skin into soft and radiant skin, rejuvenating and plumping. Excellent for skin that has had lots of sun exposure, hard weather or central heating - amazing on winter skins.

As you can see this one is domed, the flat bottom section feels slightly thicker, a little rougher, this is great for areas of your skin that might need a little more work, like around the nose, the chin etc. It has no smell and is ready to use straight after a rinse.

The funny thing is, it actually feels like it has cleanser in it and that you would wash it all out, but it hasn't, it's just the texture and the sound.

After use, you just hang it up, it holds 10 times it's weight in water so just give it a little squeeze. The sponge will shrink in size and harden once it's dry, to reuse you just need to dehydrate it in warm water, I just hold mine in under the shower.

What it does for the skin - Well, it gently massages the skin stimulating blood flow for new cell growth, it exfoliates and provides a deep cleanse, it even removes make up. It really does leave your skin feeling refreshed, clean and calm.

My skin looks brighter and more awake. I'm also using the sponges on models (with no cleanser) for a fresher complexion and then using the 'Baby Sponge' to apply make up, which gives me a gorgeous base. So my kit is packed with these!
(boil the sponge for a few mins if you feel like you need to sterilize it)

I was very pleased when I saw the Konjac Sponges being sold in 'The Garden Pharmacy', all lined up in their squishy packets.

You can get them from The Konjac Sponge Company online or Liberty's and Harvey Nichols are now selling them, and I've seen them in a few fancy Pharmacies too!

Prices are about £6 per sponge, and one should last you about 3 months

They are 100% natural, they are completely environmentally friendly, and biodegradable.

TANK Magazine.....

Back in early summer I assisted on a shoot for TANK magazine, which I've only just seen, even though it came out in JUNE!

Anyway, I was assisting the lovely Lucy Burt on HIS 'N' HERS DOUBLE VISION OF MODERN CHIC. It was quite a fun concept actually, they were all couples.

These were my two favourite couples and shots and actually, what they look like in the magazine. I love both Claire's and Luisa's face.

Best Brows Ever!

Back in May Make up Artist Hannah Murray launched a cosmetics line into TOPSHOP, it's been very popular with it's cute graphics and illustrations.

Above is the visual for the current Limited Edition A/W Collection Smoke and Mirrors which I just love, I think it's more to do with a slight girl crush on Model, Charlotte Free but either way the collection looks great.

As I have an obsession with cream blush, I picked up two from the range, these are available all the time, they're not limited edition but you will probably wanna get your hands on them if you can.

They're both great for shoots as they look like very minimal product but give an amazing sheen under the lights.

First up is Luminescence, which is a lovely soft slightly dusky golden pink.

As you can see, it's very sheer and leaves this natural gorgeous pinky sheen, it's a great highlighter.

Next I picked up Ray, which is the perfect bronze, again it's very sheer, very easy to wear, and great as a highlighter, this one is lovely on slightly darker skin tones.

You can use these anyway you fancy, on the body, lips, cheeks, as highlight, or as blush. Keep them off your eyes though, just to be safe.

They seem to be unscented which is fine by me and are definitely going into my kit!

Nails for Males...

ORLY do some really great products that can make manicures super quick and easy, perfect for guys!

Clip and file them into shape.

This is my favourite board, its a 180 Grit Board for fast filing and shaping. Its super slim, I love it.

Cutique - is a cuticle and stain remover, it gentle removes dead tissue and makes cuticles soft and pliable.

Apply it the cuticles and surrounding area, (can be messy) and leave for 30 seconds (ish)

Using an orange stick (or your other nail) push down the nail into the cuticle and down the sides.

Wash hands in warm water, you can give them a little scrub with a nail brush if you wish.

You can either buff the nails with Double-Time Shine, as you would buff a shoe, to give you a smooth shine....

Or you could apply Nails For Males which is a matte finish which will also protect the nails.

A dab of Hand Cream and you're done!

This one is a non-greasy formula which contains shea and cocoa butters, aloe vera and vitamins A & E to promote healing and nourish skin.

See, super easy and super fast, no one should have rubbish nails!

CARMEX Have New Lip Balms...With Tints!

So it's still the great formula but now CARMEX Lip Balms are available in Moisture Plus Sheer Pink, Sheer Peach, and a Clear Satin Gloss Finish. I do believe a Sheer Plum and Sheer Berry will also be available soon.
I have to say, I prefer the packaging, I hate putting my finger in little pots when I'm on the go or in town, it just feels a bit grubby.

I've tried all three pictured here, and they give lovely colours, very soft and natural but my favourite is the Sheer Peach! They smell of vanilla by the way, it's not a sickly sweet scent, great or anytime of the day.

I have one in my bathroom, one by my bed and one in my bag, I always put lip balm on first thing, then by the time I get to put lipstick on they are nice and moisturised.

New Favourite Body Lotion....

Hair Update....With Hair Dye!

My last 'Hair Update' post was nearly 5 months ago, it saddens me to think of the lack of growth in 5 months, 5 months is a long time and my hair looks like it's the same length. I've had two very tiny trims, piled on the hair masks, treatments, oils and begged for it to grow. Taken vitamins, tried and tested shampoos, conditioners, hair brushes and pillow cases.

I'm so very bored of my rubbish, slow growing hair.

I've discovered a lovely new hair colour though, so here I shall speak about that!

It's the AVON Advance Techniques Professional Hair Colour in 6.56 Light Mahogany Red.

It's actually a really nice hair colourant, they provide you with a 'Pre' packet which primes and protects your hair ready for the colour. Smells great, just like fruit and leaves me with a lovely smooth even colour. Im really pleased with it, I'm on my 5th box!

My hair colour before (it's a flat dull yellow auburn)

Now it's a lovely rich Light Mahogany Red

A Chantecaille Make up .....

This is from a look book I did recently, I used all Chantecaille products and wanted to share them with you as they are super lovely x

Skin:
Future Skin Foundation in Alabaster

This is one of my all time favourite foundations, its an oil free gel foundation, there simply isn't another foundation like it. It's very light weight but can give great coverage. It kind of leaves the skin looking like your just applied moisturiser, it feels very refreshing on the skin. It also contains 60% charged water and seaweed and actually helps to treat the skin including breakouts.
Aloe, Chamomile and Arnica work to calm irritation and soothe sensitive skin. Rosemary, Green Tea and Rice Bran boost the immune system and help prevent oxidation.

Total Concealer in Vanilla (for under the eyes) and Alabaster (for blemishes)

The concealer is also a gel mix and in turn also helps to treat the skin in terms of Olive Oil and Tamanu Nut Oil which nourish and hydrate the thin skin around the eyes. Chamomile, Green Tea, Orchid extract and Wild Rose will heal and protect the skin, great for blemishes.

Loose Powder in Light (just down the centre of the face)

I wear this powder on my super sensitive skin mainly because its free of talc, oil and lanolin but also because its virtually weightless, gives beautiful results and last ages.

Compact Soleil in Tahiti (to lightly contour the cheeks and the forehead)

This is a very natural looking light bronzer perfect for fair skin tones. It's actually the result of the latest micronizing technology that creates an ultra-fine powder with a silky, glowing finish.

Cheek Shade in Mood

Chantecaille's blushers are super subtle and go on matte, blend beautifully and look really natural. They are also enriched with anti ageing vitamins A,C and E and again have no Lanolin or Mineral derivatives.

Eyes:

Lasting Eye Shade in Cinnamon and Zinc (just through the socket)

These are great as they can look quite transparent or opaque depending on how you apply them, try them wet for a more intense look. They are again, loaded with Ginseng as a skin conditioner.

Mascara Noir in Black

This is a pretty famous mascara, it was launched after more than 6 years of intense research. Rosewater and Rose essential oil impart highly beneficial antibacterial and moisturising properties. Vitamin E and Green Tea help protect and fortify. Beeswax works to strengthen lashes, giving them greater elasticity. It creates lengthened and separated lashes, and smells of Roses!

Lipstick in Tulip

These lipsticks are made of natural beeswax that has a wonderfully comfortable feel, the creamy formula is also enriched with vitamins A and C, emollient amino acids which create a film impervious to water and oils, AND an SPF 6-8.

Cruelty-free, and again without lanolin and animal or mineral derivatives! - Perfect for me as lots of lipsticks flare up my eczema on my lips.

And that's the look done!

I had the great pleasure of working on Sharon Dowsett's team again this year, with these lovely ladies also....

We did Kinder Aggugini SS12 which was a really fun look, loads and loads of mascara!

Bright green, bright orange, bright pink and silver just in the top half of the eye area, a thick black liner all around the eye and clumpy layer mascara.

Straight after, we headed over to Amanda Wakely SS12 for a very beautiful, chic look.

Sharon mixed up this gorgeous "cashmink" colour which we used on lips and in the socket of the eye.

As you know, I love a little bit of TIGI so for London Fashion Week this September I went along to view the Kristian Aadnevik SS12 show at the beautiful Athenaeum, Pall Mall.

Inspiration for the hair was: Angelic, straight, long lengths and NO volume. New, straight glamour.

Nick Irwin and the TIGI Creative Team gave us just that!

‘To start, I prepped the hair with a minimal amount of Catwalk by TIGI Sleek Mystique Haute Iron Spray. I sectioned the hair and used hot irons to ensure the lengths were completely sleek and straight. Next, all of the models had wefts put into their hair to create a uniform length.

I then sectioned the hair at the back, near to the nape of the neck, measured the weft to the section and cut it. The synthetic glue is added to the top of the weft and left for a few seconds to become tacky, then dried into place with a cold hairdryer. To create the desired effect I then left one inch gaps between each section making way up to the top and then around the sides of the head.

Once all the wefts were in, I brushed them lightly and ran the hot irons through again, creating a real thinness and sleekness to the hair. The look is finished with a spray of Catwalk by TIGI Session Series Finishing Hairspray. Although this hair looks quite simple, it’s quite a harsh style that is perfect for the slightly more rounder/oval face.’

‘I wanted this look to be the opposite of last season’s hair we did with Nick and the team. As it’s for Spring/Summer I wanted the hair to be a lot lighter and about innocence. It had a slight Scandinavian influence, with the hair being all about long, sleek length and not volume.’

Next up was the Gianfranco Ferre MFW SS12 show at Via Pontaccio.

Damien Boissinot and the TIGI Creative Team took their inspiration from Sleek, clean, minimal and chic.

‘I sprayed Catwalk by TIGI Sleek Mystique Look Lock Hairspray very close to the roots to thicken the hair. Next, I blow dried so the hair was very smooth and finished off with a flat iron. The hair needs to be very flat.

Right above ears, I pulled the hair very tightly and secured it in the back with a clear band. Finally, I pulled back the remaining hair from top of head into a v section and slicked back with Catwalk by TIGI Session Series True Wax and extra Look Lock Hairspray, for a sleek and shiny finish.’

We also saw hair down at the J Mendel NYFW SS12 show at the Lincoln Centre.

Paul Hanlon and the TIGI Creative Team produced this great texture on the model with inspiration from Debbie Harry at Studio 54.

‘This hair represents the cool, grungy girl. The texture is hard and stiff and there is nonchalance about the style, while still keeping a glamorous element.

First, we formed a deep side part and sprayed hair with Catwalk by TIGI Session Series Salt Spray for a stiff, hard texture. Next, we wrapped hair around a tong, moving it back and forth to add kinks, creating a matted, week old effect.

Catwalk by TIGI Session Series True Wax was placed on the ends to separate them and give a slept on, morning after look. After applying the wax, we back-brushed the fringe/ front area to make it thicker and fuller, then sprayed the hair with Catwalk by TIGI Session Series Work It Hairspray to harden it, so it barely moved when the models walked.’

The Kenzo PFW SS12 show held at the Rue Vivienne was headed by Anthony Turner and his TIGI Creative Team to produce an undone, natural, loose, simple look.

‘The presentation was held in an open courtyard that was transformed in to a garden, so I wanted to keep the hair loose and free to reflect this. I also wanted to create a look that was really approachable for women; a look that everyone can relate to. We’ve seen so many seasons now where product is overly used to create a dirty, bad texture, we decided to move in the opposite direction and simply amplify the girls’ natural beauty using minimal product to give the effect of very clean hair. I guess you could say we’re rebelling on the overly styled hair seen at so many shows over the past few seasons.’

‘The only product used was Catwalk by TIGI Your Highness Root Boost, which we sprayed into the roots to create a really strong centre parting – the rest of the hair was product-free. After distributing product into the roots we blow-dried the hair smooth and tucked it behind the girls’ ears. We then pulled the hair back into a very loose braid at the nape of the neck, creating width at the base of the braid, and pulling loose hair around the sides. Then just before the show started we loosened the braid further to make it look even more ‘undone’.’

Mark Fast SS12 gave us a 1920's woman travelling through the desert, and she was beautiful. With Hair by James Pecis and the TIGI Creative Team at the BFC Show Space, Somerset House.

‘In all of Mark’s illustrations the hair goes over one side of the face, and we thought it would be fun to bring this to the hair at the show this season. We wanted to create a 1920’s style bob with a flat marcel wave, but to keep it modern with a loose texture.

Products and backcombing are the keys to this look. First, I saturated the hair with Catwalk by TIGI Session Series Work It Hairspray, then backcombed around the hairline really tightly to the head, to make a cushion for hairpins to grip.

Next, I wound the hair in figure eights around wire rods, gave it an extra spritz of hairspray and set it with a flat iron. This puts a flat wave in the hair. I then used fingers to soften and break up the shape when the wire was removed. Rubber banding ends of hair, I rolled the ends underneath and secured with pins.

I finished with Catwalk by TIGI Session Series Finishing Hairspray, and pulled a few pieces loose, playing with the hair slightly to make it more distressed.’

'The palette originates from sand tones in a desert landscape, then moves into gold fringing. We wanted to create movement over the body to emulate the force of a sand storm, the hair needed to flow with this.'

You all know I'm a big fan of the Tigi Catwalk range so I thought I would try the latest collection from the Tigi Bed Head range. The Bed Head range is kind of how people know Tigi, the super bright colours of the packaging, the interesting smells, its a little bit younger and a little bit funner.

And they have just launched CANDY FIXATIONS...............which is all based on sugar and candy floss, meaning these treats smell like sweets....

SUGAR SHOCK - This is a Bodifying Sugar Spray for extreme texture, fullness and hold. It's quite a matt finish, kind of like a salt spray but minus the dryness. Great for getting that slightly unwashed texture back.

To me, it smells like a super sweet blackberry.

Let me introduce LIME CRIME's Eye Shadow Helper

Most of you wouldn't have seen this yet, but you need it in your lives.

I know lots of you struggle to keep your eye make up in place and lasting all day, this is truly your answer. I've used most eye shadow primers on the market for my kit and on myself as I personally have slightly oily eyelids, which breaks down the eye shadow - just the same as oiliness breaks down your foundation, and although I have found a few that I repurchase, this is the little gem.

So whilst I was busy with my new studio, I managed to miss the Dig The New Breed exhibition at Rankin's Annroy Gallery.......with my work up in it!

Loads of amazing images and I missed them all. Neil Francis Dawson shot ours with the lovely Amy Bannerman from Elle on styling and Takeshi Katoh on Hair. You can see them a little closer at www.rhealeriche.com x

I used all Laura Mercier products on Alexandrina, for base we started with Illuminating Tinted Moisturiser, Secret Camouflage for any blemishes and small scars, Secret Concealer for under the eyes and a very light dusting of Loose Setting Powder just through the centre of the face.
To finish the base I added a tiny bit of contour with their Matte Bronze Bronzing Powder.

The lips were lined with Redwood Pencil, then filled with Creme Lip Colour in Bing Cherry, and topped with a gorgeous layer of Lip Velvet in Cassis - one of my favourite Laura Mercier lip products.

On the eyes I used the Metallic Creme Eye Colour in Burnished Copper as a base which gives this lovely sheen finish. Special Brown and Black Extreme Pencils blended along the lashline, top and bottom and finished up with layers and layers of Thickening and Building Mascara.

Natural Hair Care....

I've talked about this brand before, and I still use their products, still love their products and think they are a great brands that more people should know about.

Klorane is a french brand that is now one of the most sold hair care brands in European pharmacies. When I see it in pharmacies I get really excited and stock up.

Their motto is Plant-based haircare: Pure and Proven.
Which I totally agree with, their products are sodium chloride, silicone and sulfate free so everything is gentle yet effective. I use their dry shampoo, for me and for my kit, they also do a great variety of shampoos and conditions for all hair types.

I've been using the shampoo and conditioner for Colour Treated Hair which contains Pomegranate. It smell lovely, it feels lovely and makes my hair lovely.

Their pomegranate is grown in Morocco, where from its peel, they obtain an extract naturally rich in tannins that binds the color onto the keratin and prevents color from fading. The effectiveness of their pomegranate has been scientifically proven and patented: hair color lasts on average twice as long.

It claims to give longer lasting colour, repair, protect and enhance colour. Which it does! My hair feels soft yet not like its going to be greasy the next day, every time I wash my hair it feels like I'm giving it a treatment.

I have a wonderful product for all you peeps who have over plucked your brows.

It's the Eyebrow Renewing Serum by M2 Beaute!

My eyebrows, although quite thick, naturally finish very short. I fill them in every day with a little make up, but wanted to know if I could get some more length with actual brow hairs. I tried the M2 Beaute Serum for 6 weeks and nothing happened. I was disappointed but knew that my hairs never grow there. I'm stuck with my slightly too short brow.

BUT.... I also have sparse hairs at the beginning of my brows, so I started applying the product in this area, and along the bottom line of hairs for thickness.

If you want to reshape your entire brow, I suggest growing them for as long as you can handle it, with the help of the serum. Then tidy up the top line, which will only be a few light hairs but just get that shape sharp and neat. Fill in the brow with make up to the shape you would like. Anything outside that shape remove with tweezers.

Always start by removing a few hairs, check it from a distance, up close, profile etc then remove a few more, keep going until you have perfect brows.

If, like me, you only need more hairs in places or have patchy brows, apply the serum where you need it until they have grown back.

I'm really pleased with this product and strongly recommend it, brows are very very important.
